EMC Life Safety Infrastructure Program Service

The Metropolitan Airports Commission in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide life safety infrastructure program services for its facilities. The agency needs to upgrade its fire safety systems and ensure compliance with life safety standards at Terminal 1. This project addresses the physical degradation and operational readiness of fire containment systems within the airport terminal. The scope of work covers the replacement of several fire dampers across various locations at Terminal 1. To facilitate these replacements, the selected contractor must perform the demolition, patching, and repainting of gypsum board ceilings, as well as the replacement of lay-in ceilings. Additionally, the project requires making all necessary electrical connections to the newly installed fire dampers.
