Cost Estimating Services

The government authority located in Pennsylvania is seeking professional consulting services for cost estimating. The agency needs to review and recommend costs related to construction manager at agent, design, and construction contracts. This review will assure that costs for construction, associated materials, labor, and other construction-related expenses are commensurate with the project scope and local market conditions. The scope of work covers projects ranging from preliminary design to construction documents that have not yet received cost estimates. Bidders must break down the cost estimates by trade and include overhead and fees. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the contract period will run for three years. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 01, 2026.
