Psychological Evaluations Service

The Utah Department of Corrections in Salt Lake City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide psychological evaluations of inmates serving prison terms. The agency needs to gather and assess comprehensive information regarding each offender's past and present behavior, evaluate their risk levels, and obtain professional recommendations. When appropriate, these evaluations must include intellectual assessments and intelligence tests to assist the agency in its decision-making. The contract period will span five years, with all work to be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested parties.
