Online Public Auction Service

The government authority located in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a complete, end-to-end online public auction service. The agency needs to manage the sale of various surplus items, including vehicles, furniture, equipment, tools, and appliances. To solve this need, the agency requires a partner to plan, schedule, and conduct approximately ten to twelve online auctions annually, coordinating all timelines directly with the District. The scope of work covers listing and marketing services, platform execution, payment processing, and item handling support. The selected vendor must upload district-provided item photos and descriptions, publish auction notices in local newspapers, and market the auctions to a broad buyer pool. Additionally, the vendor must provide a secure online platform, manage bidder registration, track bidding results, notify winners, process multiple payment methods, and allow the re-listing of unsold items at no additional cost. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite from their own office premises.
