School Bus Upholstery Service

The Department of Education in Tamuning, Guam, is seeking a vendor to provide school bus upholstery services to maintain its fleet. The agency needs to replace old, unserviceable school bus seats, backrest covers, and foam, which includes the driver's seat assembly mounting, hardware, and plywood. This project aims to restore the interior safety and comfort of the school buses using entirely new and unused materials. The scope of work requires the selected contractor to remove and replace the damaged seating components offsite. All replacement materials, including seat cover upholstery, backrests, foam cushions, and plywood, must be brand new. The agency requires that all cover colors, thickness, and material quality match the original specifications of the school buses. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services.
