Maintenance Services

The Sacramento Regional Transit District is seeking a vendor to provide on-call maintenance services for its facilities in Sacramento, California. The agency requires support across four primary service areas to maintain and upgrade its infrastructure over a six-year contract period. All work under this contract must be performed onsite at the agency's locations. For electrical services, the agency requires light electrical wiring, conduit repairs and installation, and low voltage lighting repairs and installation. The selected vendor must also perform switch repairs, installation, and relocation, equipment repairs, surface conduit work, minor electrical project support, and lighting repairs including fixture replacement and LED retrofits. Flooring services in the scope of work cover the installation and repair of carpet, vinyl composition tile, terrazzo, luxury vinyl tile, rubber, and hardwood flooring. The millwork portion of the contract requires laminate work, desktop maintenance, custom cabinetry, and furniture refinishing. Painting services include both interior and exterior painting, as well as wall repairs. To be eligible for this opportunity, bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for cost proposals from qualified bidders.
