Portuguese Language Media Consultant Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide media relations, content creation, monitoring, and translation services to support outreach and communications across Lusophone African markets. The project aims to solve the challenge of effectively reaching and engaging audiences in Mozambique, Angola, Guinea‑Bissau, Cape Verde, and São Tomé and Príncipe. The scope of work covers developing targeted media strategies, building media contact databases, facilitating interviews, and providing logistical support for spokesperson activities. For social media, the agency requires the development and publication of Portuguese-language content, including at least seventy-five posts per week aligned with official messaging. The selected vendor must deliver monthly video content, monthly edited clips, and annual infographics or data visualizations. The scope also includes monitoring Lusophone media coverage, providing weekly summaries and monthly analysis reports, and tracking key public statements. The agency requires translation and quality assurance services for content moving between English and Portuguese to ensure consistency with official messaging. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises.
