Production and Mailing Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide production and mailing services for solid waste residential refuse invoices. The project covers the design, printing, personalization, folding, insertion, and distribution of these billing invoices and accompanying newsletter inserts. Each invoice must contain pertinent customer residential refuse data, a statement showing the current trash pickup service amount due, and other data unique to each account on record. The agency requires the distribution of these solid waste billing invoices to customers twice per fiscal year. These services are extremely time-sensitive to ensure compliance with statutory requirements for solid waste billing. The agency intends to award a contract for a period of three years. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. The agency accepts digital proposal submissions via email or online and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
