The issuing agency is seeking professional consultant services to provide project management, wayfinding, sign implementation, and mobility planning support. The selected contractor will handle the printing, installation, maintenance, and eventual removal of all wayfinding signage at the conclusion of the games. The agency will provide specific color palettes and a kit of parts for the contractor to use when developing the signage and branding. The scope of work requires the contractor to deliver a look book detailing the language and colors for printed and promotional materials. The agency also requires assistance with maps, designs, website development, engineering services, constructability assessments, geographic information system (GIS) data analysis, and mapping. Additionally, the contractor must collect and organize available data to support project prioritization, provide recommendations for traditional wayfinding opportunities, and create a GIS layer of all wayfinding locations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work may take place onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will last for one year. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-proposal meeting for June 30, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 06, 2026.
