Translation Services

The Eighteenth Judicial District Court and District Attorney’s Office are seeking professional translation and interpreter services to provide qualified interpreters for on-site court proceedings involving individuals whose primary language is not English. The agency requires interpretation most frequently in Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Chinese, Arabic, and French. The selected contractor must maintain an email address and phone number to receive regular communication and daily and weekly interpreter and translator schedules from the court and the district attorney’s office. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. All requested services must be performed on-site at the agency facilities. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally through email or an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The contract period will span one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
