G-611 Series EOC/Specific Training Courses Services

The government authority located in Santa Ana, California is seeking a vendor to provide G-611 series Emergency Operations Center and specific training courses. The agency needs to train participants on key Emergency Operations Center positions based on the state Office of Emergency Services section and positions. This training aims to solve the problem of ensuring personnel understand section overviews, purposes, roles, responsibilities, forms, and processes. The scope of work covers up to five deliveries of the training, averaging approximately one training per year, with a minimum of twenty students per delivery. The required courses include eight-hour sessions for G611 M Management, G611 O Operations, G611 P Planning and Intel, G611 L Logistics, and G611 F Finance and Administration sections. The selected provider must supply laptops, presentation and training aids, professional instruction, course flyers, registration, signed attendance rosters, certificates of completion, and all required training materials. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all training services onsite at the Santa Ana location. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The contract period will span three years.
