Laboratory Analysis Services

The Town of Killingly, Connecticut, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide environmental laboratory analytical services. The agency requires these services to support regulatory compliance, process control, pretreatment and industrial sampling, stormwater monitoring, and special studies. Through this contract, the agency aims to solve its ongoing need for precise wastewater and stormwater analysis to satisfy permit requirements and operational monitoring. The scope of work covers laboratory analysis for a specific suite of parameters. The requested testing services include Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Chemical Oxygen Demand, Total Suspended Solids, Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen, Ammonia Nitrogen, and Nitrite/Nitrate Nitrogen. The selected laboratory must also analyze samples for Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus, Orthophosphate, Oil and Grease, pH, Alkalinity, Total and Dissolved Metals, Cyanide, Phenolics, Polychlorinated Biphenyls, and E. coli. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be onsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services.
