Art, Honors and Interdisciplinary Faculty-led Program Services

The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system is seeking a vendor to implement an art, honors, and interdisciplinary studies faculty-led program to Spain. The agency aims to merge place-based learning and sustained reflection to advance the analytical skills and historical knowledge of students. Students will comparatively explore college campuses, host communities, and the systems that knit them together while learning about global cultural perspectives in Madrid and Cordoba. The program must enable students to critically reflect on personal identity and positionality to assess how these shape cross-cultural interactions. The scope of work requires facilitating student communication of insights through written, oral, and creative reflections. The selected vendor must also help students analyze key themes of the host culture using academic methods drawn from multiple academic disciplines. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal pricing rather than specifying a set budget. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
