The Housing Authority of the City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee assistance benefits services. The agency requires a program that delivers quality support to employees during times of personal and professional need through data-proven tools and resources. The requested scope of work covers in-person, virtual, and telephonic counseling, legal and financial consultations, crisis intervention, work-life support, and critical incident response. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency requires all clarifying questions to be submitted no later than July 7, 2026. Bidders must submit a detailed list of all services included in their employee assistance program offering to be considered for evaluation.
