The County is seeking consulting services to develop a comprehensive, county-wide road safety master plan integrated with targeted intersection control evaluation and roundabout screening frameworks. The selected partner will establish a road safety strategy grounded in available data while identifying data gaps and defining analytical needs for future decision-making. The scope of work covers the creation of a standardized intersection screening and prioritization matrix applicable across the County road network. The project also requires the development of preliminary screening criteria to identify intersections warranting further operational review, alongside a repeatable scoring methodology that County staff can maintain and update. To ensure community alignment, the agency requires inclusive in-person and virtual engagement strategies to gather input from key interest-holders. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
