Environmental Quality Act Review and Environmental Planning Services

The City of Lake Forest, California, requires environmental quality act review and environmental planning services to support its local government operations. The agency is seeking a qualified contractor to analyze and address environmental impacts across a comprehensive range of planning areas. The project covers aesthetics and visual resources, air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, biological resources, habitat assessments, and cultural, historical, and tribal cultural resources. The selected contractor will also evaluate energy use and conservation, geology, soils, seismic hazards, hazards and hazardous materials, hydrology, and water quality. Additionally, the scope of work includes assessing land use and planning consistency, noise and vibration, population and housing, and public services and utilities.
