Real Estate Broker Services

The City of Gladstone, Michigan is seeking a real estate broker to provide professional brokerage services for the sale of identified city-owned property. The agency needs a partner to develop sales strategies, create electronic and hard copy marketing materials, and distribute these materials to potential buyers. The selected broker will report marketing results to the City Manager on an agreed-upon frequency and advise the administration on promotional strategies. The scope of work requires the broker to participate in site tours for potential buyers and analyze incoming purchase offers. The broker must represent the city in negotiations from the initial offer through the closing process. Additional responsibilities include coordinating real estate transaction closings and handling all other customary activities associated with real estate transactions. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The broker will perform the contract work offsite over a period of one year. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, including their proposed pricing structure as the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
