Legal Advisory Services

The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking legal advisory services to support the review, negotiation, implementation, and oversight of its assistance programs. The agency needs to secure legal advisory services to review program proposals received from eligible countries and conduct legal due diligence on the identified components and sectors. Additionally, the selected provider will assist in the selection and management of local counsel, and support the negotiation, implementation, oversight, and close-out of compacts, threshold program agreements, and other agreements. The scope of work also encompasses legal research, advice, and foreign language translation relating to development assistance legal, policy, and operational issues. The agency also requires the delivery of legal training. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite over a contract period of five years. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and responses must be submitted digitally via email or online.
