Federal Legislative Consultant Services

The Denton County Transportation Authority in Lewisville, Texas is seeking a federal legislative consultant to advise and assist the agency in developing and implementing an annual federal legislative strategy. This strategy must support the agency's priorities at the federal level for each congressional session. The selected consultant will maintain ongoing communication with the Texas Congressional Delegation to advise members and their staff of agency activities and priorities. The scope of work requires the consultant to monitor federal agencies, organizations, funding programs, and grant opportunities for impacts, benefits, and opportunities related to key agency projects. The consultant will also manage ongoing communication and coordination with federal agencies, congressional offices, and industry associations. Performance of these duties will take place both onsite in Lewisville, Texas and offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 6, 2026.
