Strategic Plan Development and World Cup After Action Review Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking strategic plan development and FIFA World Cup 2026 safety and security after action review support services. The selected partner must facilitate strategic planning sessions, collect and validate stakeholder input, and design a structured regional safety and security preparedness and operations review. Specific deliverables include a final project work plan, a stakeholder engagement strategy, an evaluation of current metrics, a crosswalk matrix connecting lessons learned to strategic imperatives, and executive presentation materials. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to perform this work. The agency requires the performance of all services to be completed offsite.
