Pouring Rights and Vending Services

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide pouring rights and vending services that grant students and staff access to a wide variety of healthy and affordable beverages and snacks. The selected provider must supply nationally branded beverages and snacks to eleven buildings on the main campus, three housing properties, and one off-site location. The scope of work requires the contractor to clean and inspect all machines for repairs at least once per quarter, or more frequently as required by the agency. These maintenance duties cover the interiors, exteriors, tops, and areas beneath each machine to ensure clean and sanitary conditions. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The performance of the contract will take place through both onsite and offsite work.
