Live Training Modeling, Instrumentation and Simulation Services

The government authority located in Orlando, Florida is seeking live training modeling, instrumentation, and simulation services to increase Warfighter readiness. The agency requires the delivery of prototypes focused on modeling, simulation, education, training, experimental validation, and military readiness. These prototypes must directly enhance the mission effectiveness of military personnel and their supporting platforms, systems, components, or materials. To solve interoperability challenges, the agency requires a comprehensive assessment of standards currently in use by coalition partners. The selected contractor must perform joint testing using partner-nation equipment to identify specific interoperability issues. Additionally, the scope of work includes developing a common performance specification to standardize implementation and providing a recommended course of action for an iterative path to joint interoperability.
