Project Approval and Environmental Documentation Services

Additionally, the agency requires monthly invoices with task-level budget tracking and reconciliation of the percent of work completed versus the percent billed. Bidders must perform all work offsite within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year. The budget for this project is open, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the cost. The agency will hold an optional pre-proposal meeting on July 9, 2026.
