Program Partner Services

The Town of Southbury, Connecticut, is seeking a program partner to provide technical expertise, outreach support, implementation services, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and reporting assistance for its waste reduction efforts. The selected partner will assist the town in planning, implementation, outreach, education, reporting, data collection, and related activities. The primary goal is to help the town refine project plans, develop timelines and milestones, and execute waste reduction initiatives. The scope of work requires the partner to participate in project kickoff and coordination meetings. The partner must coordinate with town staff, waste haulers, regional entities, businesses, nonprofits, and community stakeholders. Additionally, the partner will handle public outreach, education, and reporting and compliance tasks. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The town expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. The town has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 8, 2026.
