American Film Showcase Services

The Department of State is seeking a United States-based organization to provide American film showcase services at the Jogja Asian Film Festival Market 2026. The agency needs a partner to design and operate an interactive exhibition booth during the three-day market event. This initiative aims to highlight American cinematic excellence, technological leadership, and contributions to the global creative economy. The scope of work requires the creation of a branded booth featuring American Film Showcase and Freedom 250 designs. The booth must serve as a platform for public engagement activities led by the American Film Showcase Envoy. These activities will include expert-led panel discussions focusing on American film, digital freedom, intellectual property rights, artificial intelligence, trusted technology, and the commercial value of adopting American industry standards. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected partner will perform the required work offsite from the government authority located in Washington, DC. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
