Police Sergeant Promotional Testing Process Service

The selected provider must recruit diverse assessors, train all assessor panels, and deliver an outline explaining all elements of the promotional process. The agency requires a detailed candidate feedback report for each participant and an individual phone or virtual debriefing session for any candidate who requests one. Within thirty days of completing the assessment process, the vendor must deliver a comprehensive report covering all aspects of development, validation, methodology, and assessment results.
