On-Call Technical and Professional Consultant Services

The St. Louis Regional Chamber in Missouri is seeking on-call technical and professional consultant services to support regional economic development and site selection initiatives. The agency needs a consultant to provide project management oversight for the preparation, coordination, and execution of interviews regarding regional labor and site selection. This role also requires data collection and operations analysis to research, collect, and prepare information for the regional website and public distribution. The scope of work covers coordinating workforce data, regional asset maps, business climate data, and government incentives. The selected consultant will prepare and coordinate responses for site selectors, brokers, developers, investors, shippers, carriers, suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and end-users. All project work will take place offsite over a contract term of one year. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is requesting budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 1, 2026.
