Brochure and Visitor Guide Distribution Services

The Greenwood Tourism Collaborative in South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide year-round storage and distribution services for its marketing and promotional publications. The agency needs to manage and distribute its Visitors Guide, member brochures, and rack cards to lodging partners and other in-market locations. This initiative aims to align the agency's distribution scope, service levels, and pricing with current operational capabilities, technology, and partner expectations. The selected service provider must store the guides and brochures year-round at an adequate, climate-appropriate, and insured facility. The scope of work includes scheduled and on-call deliveries to lodging partners and member rack locations, coordinated directly with the member businesses. The vendor will also maintain brochure racks by stocking materials, rotating stock, removing exited members, and adding new members. The agency requires dedicated customer service and account management, including a designated account lead and procedures that ensure continuity of service during vacations and absences. The vendor must provide continuous feedback to the Partnership Director, Johanna Hodge, regarding proposed changes, improvements, and maintenance for display racks or vendor advertisements. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the contract period will span one year. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
