The selected solution must ingest job posting data from Oracle Fusion using secure methods such as APIs or HCM Extracts while maintaining data integrity and ensuring Oracle Fusion remains the single source of truth. The scope of work requires the solution to maintain consistent job content, formatting, and County branding across all distribution channels. Postings must update or remove automatically in alignment with status changes initiated within Oracle Fusion. Additionally, the system must support tracking mechanisms like campaign identifiers or tracking URLs to attribute applicant sources, and provide robust reporting dashboards detailing performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, and applications. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
