General Plan Update, Optional Specific Plan Update, and CEQA Documents Services

The City of Colton, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive general plan update, an optional specific plan update, and associated California Environmental Quality Act documents. The agency needs to establish coordination protocols, maintain ongoing project management, and provide regular reporting throughout the contract. The selected vendor will review and analyze existing general plan elements, collect relevant data, prepare an existing conditions report, and identify key issues and opportunities for the city.
