Webcasting Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive webcasting services to support the production and broadcasting of virtual information sessions and other public engagement activities. The project aims to solve the challenge of delivering stable, secure, and professional live broadcasts that engage the public dynamically. The scope of work requires real-time production, multi-camera coverage, a structured interactive experience with moderated live Q&A, and the option to pre-record specific segments. To ensure universal accessibility, the agency requires Quebec Sign Language (LSQ), American Sign Language (ASL), and captioning. The selected provider must deliver robust live streaming with resiliency mechanisms to prevent connection breakdowns and produce reusable content quickly after each broadcast. Performance of all work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore Canadian organizations. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
