Enterprise Resource Planning Workforce Planning Strategy Consultant Service - Budget - Up to 1,000,000 USD

The agency is seeking an enterprise resource planning strategic planning facilitation partner to support its transition from the current core ERP to a modern, cloud-based core ERP and supporting adjacent systems. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of preparing the organization's workforce for this transition by providing a Workforce Planning Strategy that clearly articulates workforce options, associated risks, and recommended paths forward to support executive decision-making. The selected partner will define the workforce capabilities and capacity required to deliver the ERP implementation program, identify future-state sustainment workforce requirements, and assess current-to-future workforce gaps and risks. The scope of work requires the partner to provide actionable options and recommendations to sequence workforce investments and reduce delivery and operational risk. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency has established a budget of up to 1,000,000 USD for this project. A virtual pre-bid meeting will take place on July 7, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 10, 2026, and the final proposal deadline is July 22, 2026.
