Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Technical Assistance Consultants Service

The selected consultant will assist applicants in organizing, clarifying, and presenting their own experiences and supporting documentation. The scope of work covers developing and providing an initial communication outlining the preliminary information and documentation necessary for the applicant to begin working with the consultant. The consultant must identify potential deficiencies, omissions, or weaknesses in the applicant's Personal Narrative or supporting documentation that may affect eligibility, and communicate these issues to the applicant. Additionally, the consultant will provide review and written feedback on applicant-prepared statements, and perform analysis and calculation of the applicant's financial statements. Bidders must be onshore organizations based only in the United States. The performance of the work will be offsite, and bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online.
