Lending Program Services

The Oregon-based government authority in Salem is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive lending program services. The agency requires a partner with established strategic partnerships and proven marketing programs to deliver targeted, goal-oriented homeownership assistance. The selected partner will underwrite, decision, and document mortgages in strict compliance with Government Sponsored Entities, Servicer, and Department guidelines. Approved lenders will originate and close the mortgages before delivering them to an approved Servicer. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The chosen vendor will perform all contracted work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
