The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia is seeking comprehensive planning and design professional services for the renovation of One Arsenal Place. The agency requires a qualified design professional to address the planning, structural, and interior needs of the facility. The selected provider will validate the program and cost model, analyze existing site conditions, and produce measured drawings of the site as needed. The scope of work spans the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual and schematic design through design development and construction documents.
