Bright Futures Services

The Tennessee government authority is seeking a vendor to provide Bright Futures services to support young adults who have transitioned out of foster care. This program delivers foster care related services and supports to assist these young adults in their transition. The selected contractor will develop and revise the Bright Futures young adults' Transition Plan within the state's Electronic Record System. The scope of work requires the contractor to obtain ongoing verification of each young adult's eligibility status. The contractor must ensure that eligibility verification for each young adult is completed, signed, and obtained directly from educational programs or employers on their official letterhead. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The authority is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will span three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 08, 2026.
