Freight Cluster Plan Development Service

The Henry County Development Authority in McDonough, Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a freight cluster plan that evaluates existing and future freight transportation needs within the study area. The agency requires a comprehensive study to identify locations of traffic congestion, operational issues, and potential recommendations through a detailed traffic analysis of key intersections and corridors. The selected vendor will manage the project, conduct a high-level review of freight planning best practices, perform an inventory and assessment, and deliver final documentation. The scope of work also requires the vendor to design a new logo for the agency to support engagement efforts. Recommendations resulting from the plan will take a variety of forms, with the precise outcomes dictated by the level of emphasis placed on each cluster plan element.
