The Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey is seeking an executive search firm to assist in recruiting a dynamic and visionary Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs. The agency needs a leader who brings an innovative, student-centered, and collaborative approach, possessing exceptional strategic, financial, and managerial decision-making skills. The selected vendor will provide expert consultation to the President and the Executive Director of Human Resources from the establishment of a preliminary timeline through to the execution of an employment agreement. The scope of work requires the vendor to assist with position advertisements in local, state, and national higher education media. The vendor must provide feedback on the job description and other recruitment materials, review all applications, and assess the quality and relevance of candidate experience against the search requirements. Additionally, the vendor must evaluate candidates for serious consideration by verifying educational degrees, credentials, and employment records. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place both onsite in Toms River, New Jersey and offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
