Club Banquets and Events Vendor Services

The agency is seeking qualified service providers to join an approved vendor program for club banquets and events. This program aims to provide renters with a trusted network of event service providers for weddings, receptions, private events, and community gatherings hosted at the facility. The agency intends to maintain consistent service standards, protect the historic character of the club, ensure safety, and generate revenue through a venue commission program to support ongoing facility preservation. The scope of work covers five distinct vendor categories to support onsite events. Catering vendors must handle menu planning, food preparation, service staff, setup, and cleanup. Bartending vendors must provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage services in compliance with all applicable laws. Equipment rental vendors must supply tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, staging, lighting, tents, heaters, and other furnishings. Security vendors must provide licensed personnel, while DJ and musician vendors must deliver professional entertainment, sound equipment, and production support. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted services must be performed onsite at the agency facility. The agency is looking for proposals to establish these vendor partnerships for a contract period of two years. The agency has scheduled an optional pre-bid meeting for July 6, 2026, to discuss the opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the selection process no later than July 9, 2026.
