The vendor must provide all staffing, supervision, point-of-sale systems, production equipment, inventory, and customer service personnel. Additionally, the provider must submit post-event sales and inventory reports and coordinate with agency staff regarding designs, product offerings, pricing, and logistics. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place on-site at the festival.
