RFI for Professional Learning and Material Implementation Services

The Nebraska Department of Education in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking information on professional learning and material implementation services to support its comprehensive literacy state development grant. The agency aims to promote cohesion and consistency across statewide tools and resources while advancing literacy outcomes. This initiative addresses the need for structured literacy approaches that emphasize systematic and explicit instruction in phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and the science of how children learn to read. The requested scope of work includes interactive, in-person, or synchronous professional learning components that provide practice opportunities and bridge-to-practice activities.
