Brazosport College, located in Lake Jackson, Texas, is seeking an exclusive partner for the management and operation of its on-campus bookstore services. The college needs a partner to operate the bookstore in a manner that reflects its mission, values, and reputation while maintaining a customer-focused retail environment that supports student success. The selected provider must manage both physical and online bookstore operations to enhance the overall campus experience. The scope of work requires the operation of an online bookstore platform that allows students, faculty, staff, and authorized users to purchase textbooks, merchandise, supplies, and other approved products securely. The provider must maintain sufficient inventory levels of institutional merchandise, branded apparel, gifts, school supplies, technology accessories, convenience items, graduation materials, and other approved retail merchandise. All merchandise displaying college trademarks, logos, or branding must comply with the licensing requirements established by the college. The provider must also manage physical course materials, maintaining sufficient inventory levels of physical textbooks, printed course materials, and specialized academic materials for courses where print remains necessary. Inventory management practices must ensure the timely availability of these required materials for students and faculty. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
