K-12 Science Curriculum Implementation Support Service

The Utah government authority is seeking a vendor to provide K-12 science curriculum implementation support services. The agency needs research-based, relevant, and appropriate materials that effectively support teaching and learning practices in alignment with the Science with Engineering Education standards. To solve their organizational and instructional needs, the agency requires the development of a District Website page with links to Canvas Learning Management System course materials to serve as a central repository for instructional assets. The scope of work covers the creation of a digital sharing framework for schools to share locally developed resources and assessments organized by grade level, standard, and curriculum unit. The agency requires initial training for each cohort to be conducted face-to-face and in-person, though subsequent units may transition to online or asynchronous formats as needed. Additionally, the selected vendor must establish a robust teacher check-in system to provide coaching and support. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based only in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either offsite or onsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will span two years.
