The Arizona government authority is seeking vendors to provide construction-type trades services across multiple facilities. The agency needs to address ongoing installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement needs across four distinct trade categories. These categories encompass mechanical and HVAC services, electrical services, plumbing services, and general or specialty trades. The mechanical and HVAC scope covers controls, ventilation, refrigeration systems, and preventative maintenance programs. The electrical scope includes lighting systems, controls, panels, wiring, and low-voltage systems. The plumbing scope requires work on water, sewer, and gas lines, as well as fixtures and piping systems. The general and specialty trades scope covers painting, plastering, wallpapering, fencing, lighting, and other related tasks. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite at the authority's locations in Arizona. The agency is accepting proposal submissions digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. The agency will host an optional pre-proposal meeting on July 7, 2026, to discuss the requirements. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 21, 2026.
