Clean Vessel Act Grants Services

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, located in Old Lyme, Connecticut, is seeking a vendor to provide Clean Vessel Act grants services. The agency is attempting to protect water quality and estuarine health by funding the construction, installation, purchase, operation, and maintenance of marine sewage disposal facilities. This initiative provides federally funded grants for qualifying projects that offer convenient, high-quality boater access to both fixed and mobile boat sewage disposal facilities. The scope of work requires the collection and reporting of specific operational data. The selected vendor must compile and submit completed quarterly and annual pumpout logs, an annual maintenance log, and final financial reporting. All financial reporting must utilize the electronic billing form provided in the State contract. Eligibility is limited to onshore, United States organizations only.
