Design Services

The City of Statesboro, Georgia requires professional design services to address drainage, utility, and roadway infrastructure needs in the vicinity of the agency. The agency is seeking conceptual drainage improvements and final civil designs to solve stormwater management issues, coordinate utility relocations, and upgrade local roadways. The selected provider must perform all work onsite and possess onshore eligibility as a United States organization. The scope of work spans two distinct phases, beginning with a conceptual phase that requires a topographic and parcel survey in the state plane coordinate system, utility and right-of-way conflict identification, a preliminary cost estimate, and thirty-percent plans for review. The second phase requires final road designs at sixty-percent, ninety-percent, and final stages, alongside a hydrology study, right-of-way revisions, staking for easements, and a construction cost estimate for bidding purposes. This comprehensive scope also encompasses drainage basin modeling, surveying, and construction design. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Interested parties must attend a virtual mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 23, 2026, to remain eligible for award. All subsequent questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted to the agency no later than July 30, 2026.
