Commissioning Services for Model Laboratory K-12 School

The Eastern Kentucky University Model Laboratory K-12 School requires professional commissioning services to verify that its mechanical and control components function properly. The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to inspect, test, and commission all supply, return, and exhaust air systems, as well as air terminal devices, hot water VAV boxes, and exhaust fans. The scope of work also covers kitchen hoods and make-up air systems, air handling units, blower coils, chillers, boilers, and the overall HVAC control system. The selected vendor must perform all contract work offsite at their own office premises. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services. All clarifying questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than July 2, 2026.
