Educational Programs Managing Service

The selected partner must deliver a minimum of 800 total contact hours of class time per year and conduct at least four community outreach activities annually. The agency requires the vendor to handle all personnel management, which includes hiring, supervising, evaluating, and dismissing staff, as well as performing necessary administrative services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite.
