Reunification Roadmap Services

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide facilitation services for the Roadmap to Reunification Process. The selected provider must deliver a comfort call within twenty-four hours of receiving a referral and maintain on-call coverage for these calls on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.
