Engineering Assessment Services

The Town of Brookhaven, a government authority located in Farmingville, New York, is seeking engineering assessment services for the contributing watershed of the Wading River duck ponds. The agency is trying to mitigate stormwater runoff and requires a consultant to assess the watershed, make mitigation recommendations to the towns of Brookhaven and Riverhead, and develop engineered plans. The selected consultant must also formulate line-item cost estimates for each town and prepare all necessary environmental regulatory permit applications. The scope of work requires the consultant to perform topographic and right-of-way surveys, utility mark outs, soil borings if warranted, and any hydraulic drainage analysis needed to assess the watershed and develop the engineered plans.
